Terms and Conditions for Sai Paradise
By confirming a booking or utilizing the facilities at Sai Paradise, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. General Booking & Check-In/Out Policy
- Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is 14:00 Hrs (2:00 PM). Guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License) and the booking confirmation upon arrival.
- Check-Out Time: Standard check-out time is 11:00 Hrs (11:00 AM). Late check-out may be granted subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
- Room Occupancy: Room rates are generally based on double occupancy. Additional guests beyond the standard limit will be charged extra.
- Age Restriction: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a guardian.
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Room Bookings:
- Payment: Full payment for the stay is generally required upon check-in or as specified at the time of booking.
- Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary based on the rate plan and time of cancellation. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation details. Late cancellations or ‘no-shows’ will be subject to a penalty charge (usually the cost of one night’s stay).
- Banquet/Event Bookings:
- A non-refundable advance deposit is required to secure the venue and date.
- The final payment is due on or before the event date, as stipulated in the Event Contract.
- Cancellation of a confirmed banquet booking is subject to charges based on the event contract terms.
3. Hotel Rules & Conduct
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel rooms and all enclosed public areas. Designated smoking areas are provided. A penalty will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
- Outside Food/Beverages: Bringing outside food and alcoholic beverages into the hotel and banquet premises is generally not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained from the management.
- Damage to Property: Guests will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or any person accompanying them.
- Disturbance: Guests must ensure they do not cause noise or disturbance to other guests, especially after 10:00 PM.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
4. Liability
- Personal Property: Sai Paradise shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the guest’s personal belongings, including cash, jewelry, or other valuables, which are not stored in the safety deposit box provided in the room (where available).
- Vehicle Parking: Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The hotel assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises.
5. Management Rights
- The Hotel Management reserves the right to refuse entry or accommodation or to ask any guest to leave the premises if they are causing a disturbance, misbehaving, or violating any hotel policies, without any refund.
- The Hotel Management reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
